Refund Policy
At Tenet, we aim to build long-term partnerships and provide a reliable, high-quality platform. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions may be:
- Month-to-month
- Custom enterprise terms
All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in advance of the new term.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time and auto-renewal will be prevented at the end of the current term. Cancellation does not result in a refund of fees already paid.
Data Usage Fees
If your data processing exceeds your monthly allotment, additional Data Usage Fees may apply.
- Usage is calculated at the end of each month.
- Usage charges are billed monthly.
- Data Usage Fees are nonrefundable once incurred.
We provide notifications as your usage approaches and exceeds your monthly allotment.
Refunds
As a general policy, we do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription fees
- Partial billing periods
- Unused licenses
- Data Usage Fees
However, if you believe there has been a billing error or duplicate charge, please use our contact form to let us know. We review billing concerns in good faith and will correct any verified errors.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unique situations can arise. While refunds are not part of our standard policy, we are always open to discussing concerns and working toward a reasonable resolution where appropriate.
